2026 VOTER GUIDE

DOWNLOAD YOUR ASHTABULA COUNTY VOTER GUIDE

Your ballot, all in one place. This is one of the most important elections Ashtabula County has seen in years. On one ballot, you’ll choose a new governor, a U.S. senator, your state representatives, a Common Pleas judge, a county commissioner and a county auditor.

These are the offices that decide what you pay in property taxes, how our public schools are funded, what shows up on your electric bill, who sits on the bench in our courthouse, and how your county tax dollars are spent.

Midterm elections are often decided by the people who show up, and local races can come down to a handful of votes in each precinct. Your vote carries more weight this year than you might think.

From governor to county auditor, here’s your Democratic ticket for Ashtabula County. Save it, screenshot it, or share it with someone who’s still deciding.

These candidates are running on two things this county needs: costs we can afford and leaders who answer to us.

You don’t have to wait until November 3. Early voting is open now at the Ashtabula County Board of Elections, 8 W. Walnut St., Jefferson.
Weekdays through Oct. 23: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 24: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Extended hours start Oct. 26. Last day to vote early is Sunday, Nov. 1.

Bring a photo ID. Voting by mail? Your ballot must arrive at the Board by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. A postmark is no longer enough.
